Authentic Relating is a practice of building conscious connection to ourselves and each other. Through games and exercises, and in a spirit of curiosity and play, we learn skills to engage in healthy, enriching communication. We practice being vulnerable, sharing our truth, deeply hearing others, making connections and becoming more self-aware. These valuable tools help us to build community, de-escalate conflict and take more pleasure from our life and relationships.
Brief bio:
Georgia has been involved in the Authentic Relating movement for the past few years and has been trained in Authentic Leadership. She has many years of experience in group sharing circles and community building. She also has a professional background in early childhood education and as a bodyworker.
