Face Yoga involves simple self massage techniques & exercises to release tension in the facial area, stimulate blood circulation & improve efficiency of our sense organs.In an era of increased screen time, our eye health may be compromised, unless we actively exercise this area. Eye Yoga uses techniques such as palming, blinking, near & far viewing & candle gazing. You will also learn tips to prevent eye damage caused by screen time
